The Charlotte Art League is currently accepting works for the following events and exhibits. In most instances, members can participate at a reduced entry fee and receive a higher commission rate on sold artwork. To become a member, click HERE. Our monthly Exhibit Opening Night Receptions typically take place on the 2nd Friday of every month. See you there!
Renters Only Exhibition
A showcase of the Charlotte Art League’s studio and wall renters’ artwork! Share some of your favorite work since we’ve moved to our new building, keeping in mind the time of year. Share your picks for great holiday gifts. Artists will also be present at the Opening Night Reception to market and discuss their artwork with the public.

Winter Juried Show
Welcome back to our annual Winter Juried Show! All artists and all art forms are invited to enter. Cash prizes for 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 2 honorable mentions!

Ekphrastic Juried Show
Dreaming Words and Feeling Art. The Ekphrastic form is a pairing of the written word and visual art. It is a written word description, or a vision inspired, by a work of art. Artists will be paired with writers to create unique exhibits of words and visual representations. This is a juried exhibition with cash prizes for 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 2 honorable mentions! All writers and artists are invited to enter.

Seeing Sounds Exhibition
What sounds inspire you? What music gets your creativity flowing? This exhibit will feature visual artists to create art inspired by music.
