What event spaces Charlotte Art League offer for rent?

The Queen Room, Gallery Hall, and/or Mural Garden are available to rent for events.

How late can I host my event?

Events must end by 12am.

Are restrooms available?

Yes, restrooms are located within the Queen Room and Gallery Hall.

How do I rent space in Digital Arts Accelerator?

You can rent the conference room, podcast booths, private rooms, and co-working space here. Click here for more information!

Can I tour the event space?

Yes! You can request a tour through events@charlotteartleague.org

Are chairs and tables provided?

Yes, access to tables and black chairs are included in your rental.

Where do I park?

CAL offers free parking onsite.

How much does it cost?

Can I serve food at my event?

Yes, food can be served but not sold. Warmers are permitted but cooking on an open flame is not allowed.

Are the event spaces ADA friendly?

Yes, we offer handicap parking, wheelchair accessible doors, as well as elevator access to the Digital Arts Accelerator.

How many hours are included in the rental cost?

The average rental is 8 hours including setup and breakdown. Anything beyond 8 hours will be an additional cost per hour.

Can I serve alcohol at my event?

We do offer an in-house bartending service that includes permits, insurance, and staffing.

My event is outside at the Event Lawn. How do I secure my tent?

Weights must be used to secure outdoor tents. Ground stakes are not allowed.
